However, not everyone was pleased with Hunter's appearance.

Will Travis Hunter win the 2024 Heisman Trophy?
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Colorado Buffaloes star Travis Hunter is currently the favorite to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy.
As people continue to make this a Travis Hunter vs. Ashton Jeanty duel, Dillon Gabriel and Cam Ward are actually considered greater favorites than the Boise State RB.
Travis Hunter is the favorite for a reason. He has been dominating the football game on both sides of the field.
Offensively, he has 60 receptions for 757 yards (12.6 yards per catch) and eight touchdown grabs. Defensively, he has 20 total tackles (13 solo, seven assisted) with seven pass deflections, one forced fumble and a pair of interceptions.
It is hard to compare against a WR1 and a CB1 mixed into one player. We will have to wait and see whether someone can outdo him for the coveted trophy.
