In his 2024 season, Udoh had standout performances, including a career-high 138 yards and two touchdowns against Tulsa as well as 158 yards and two touchdowns in a game against Air Force. During his 2023 debut season, he rushed for 524 yards and one touchdown, with notable games including a 124-yard performance against Troy and back-to-back 100-yard games against LSU and UMass.
