Johnson started his football career at Prince Avenue Christian School, where he received All-Region Second team honors during his freshman and sophomore years, as per Georgia Bulldogs' official website.

Logan Johnson became a member of the Georgia Bulldogs college football team, following the end of his high school football career in 2020. Notably, he played his first college football game as a reserve wide receiver against the UAB Blazers as a freshman in 2021. However, according to his post on X, Johnson entered the transfer portal in the 2023 season and is yet to be recruited by a college, as of December 2024.

His most notable achievement during his high school football career was winning the GHSA A Private state championship while he was senior in 2021. Logan Johnson became a graduate from his school in 2021 and then started his college football career with the Georgia Bulldogs.
