Michigan’s National Championship Parade details
In what is the program’s outright national title victory since 1948, the university announced on Wednesday a parade celebration is set to take place on Saturday, January 13. The Wolverines are using the opportunity to celebrate the season’s success with their amiable fans.
The program is scheduled to commence with a parade around the university campus at 4 p.m. The parade will begin at the President’s House and will end at the Schembechler Hall. Subsequently, Champions Circle Collective will host a celebratory event at the Crisler Center.
Reserved seats for the celebration are priced at $60 for the lower bowl and $30 for the upper bowl. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the collective. Ticket information has been communicated to season ticket holders and donors via email, and tickets have been available for purchase since Thursday, January 11.
The general public sales of the event tickets started on Friday, January 12, at 9 a.m. Doors will open for ticketholders at 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 13. The Michigan football celebration event will be broadcast live by the Big Ten Network and will also be available for streaming on the FOX Sports App.
For fans coming to the event with their cars, parking will be available at structures around campus on Thompson, Maynard, and Thayer streets, as well as Forest Avenue. Michigan athletic department has shown its commitment to ensuring the smooth organization of the parade event.
