Moss embarked on his high school football journey at the Bishop Alemany High School where he was rated a four-star recruit by ESPN. As a junior, Moss was named the Los Angeles Daily News Offensive Player of the Year after completing 67.4% passes for 3,118 yards with 28 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
The four-star quarterback from Los Angeles chose to sign with the USC Trojans over offers from major leading programs like Alabama, Arizona State, Colorado, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, and Stanford among others.
