Stackhouse was raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and attended Columbia High School. Stackhouse was a four-star prospect who committed to play collegiate football for Georgia as a sophomore. Stackhouse was ranked nationally as high as #247 overall and #25 among defensive linemen, while 247Sports ranked him as the #29 player in Georgia.
Stackhouse had a great senior year at Columbia. He guided the squad to achieve a 4-1 area record with four straight victories, claiming the #2 seed in area 5- 5A. He was voted Region Defensive Player of the Year in 2019 and Class 5A All-State first-team by the Georgia Sports Writers Association. In addition, he was also chosen to represent Team Trench Mob at The Opening 2019 Finals.
