Landon Miller, the son of former Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver and quarterback Braxton Miller, is making waves in recruitment circles. The prospect has already received offers as part of the class of 2031.
Landon received an offer from the Florida Atlantic Owls coached by Tom Herman who was his father's quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator over a three-year span in Columbus, during which he won a national championship in 2015.
The prospect is just entering sixth grade and will be eligible to join college in seven years.

Braxton Miller had a legendary Ohio State career
Braxton Miller became a certified Buckeyes legend after starting off as a quarterback after joining as a five-star prospect from Wayne High School, Huber Heights, in 2011. He played in the Under Armour All-America Game and was widely recruited by elite programs all over the country but chose to stick with Ohio State.
Miller's dynamism made him one of the most lethal players to play for the program, leading it to a record 24 consecutive wins as a quarterback throwing for 4,133 yards on 60.9% completion accounting for 39 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, adding 2,339 yards on the ground resulting in 25 touchdowns.
Miller won the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year Award in consecutive seasons for his efforts (2012 & 2013) and was also a Big Ten MVP and a two-time First Team All-Big-Ten.
In 2014, Braxton Miller took a medical redshirt after a recurrent should injury had kept him out of action. The Buckeyes won the national championship that year, and when he made his comeback in 2015, he announced his decision to change positions to H-back for coach Urban Meyer's team.
He finished the season with 42 carries for 260 yards resulting in one touchdown and 26 receptions for 341 yards and three touchdowns before declaring for the 2016 NFL Draft, where he was picked by the Houston Texans in the third round.
Braxton Miller only played for two seasons in the NFL, registering 34 receptions for 261 yards and two touchdowns. He was left upset at being left out of the EA Sports College Football 25 Ultimate Team that was launched on July 19 and has iconic players from the past.
In June, Miller announced that he would be inducted into the Ohio State Buckeyes Athletics Hall of Fame’s 2024 class. It would be a full-circle moment for the former NFL star to have his son play for the same coach who led to him being inducted into the HOF.
