On Saturday, the Buffaloes completed a comeback win against the Baylor Bears in overtime. Behind-the-scenes footage of the game was posted on Hunter's YouTube channel. He also talked about one thing that helped his performance against the Bears.

"[34:20] Never give up like I've been saying and you know I'm telling you these are my lucky underwear," Hunter said. "... I wore them when we won against Nebraska."

Travis Hunter had another strong performance. On offense, the wide receiver recorded 130 yards from seven receptions. He did not score any touchdowns in the game.

On defense, he made three tackles. However, this is where he made the biggest impact.

In overtime, which was forced by a Hail Mary touchdown, Hunter made a tackle on the goal line, which resulted in a fumble for the Bears. The ball was then scooped up by the Buffaloes to seal the victory.

During the postgame interview, Hunter spoke about his crucial defensive play.

“I knew they were coming at me," Hunter said. "They didn’t think I could tackle, so I had to show them.”

Hunter's heroics not only further strengthened his draft stock but also the chances of him winning the Heisman Trophy this year.

Travis Hunter is like a son to Deion Sanders

Travis Hunter has a strong connection with his teammates. But his relationship with coach Deion Sanders is like a father-son type.

Sanders already has his sons Shedeur and Shilo Sanders on the team as they both joined him when he transferred from Jackson State. However, Coach Prime also sees Hunter as a family member.

On Monday, Deion Sanders was asked by Fox Sports who would win in a one-on-one matchup between him and Hunter. He answered:

"That's just like putting me against one of my kids," Sanders said. "You can't put a father against a son. You can't do that, man. Don't do that."

The Buffaloes will be on the road in Week 5 and will face UCF. It will interesting to see how Deion Sanders' team will perform after the miracle win against Baylor.
