Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders and his sons, quarterback Shedeur Sanders and safety Shilo Sanders took the Big 12 media days by storm. After announcing their arrival in the conference from the defunct Pac-12, the coach and his sons will be under the microscope after a largely transitional first season in the FBS.
Ahead of fall training, Shedeur Sanders is seen as one of the premier returning quarterbacks in college football is back in personal training. A clip posted on X showed him working on his passing in an indoor practice facility. The tweet was shared by the $45 million Deion Sanders (as per Celebrity Net Worth), who hyped up his son's offseason training by saying:
"QB Coach do yo thang!," Deion Sanders wrote.

Sheduer Sanders was in Miami to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend and popped into training with Miami Hurricanes star Cam Ward, with whom he shares quarterback passing coach Darrell Colbert. The eccentric Colorado quarterback did not perform well in the session appearing well below his usual level.
In a video posted on his elder brother Deion Sanders Jr.'s channel "Well Off Media," Ward appears frustrated with the quarterback and calls him out for not performing well.
The clip was widely circulated and in an episode of "Big Smitty Monday," former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Shaun King criticized Shedeur Sanders. He brought up his seemingly busy social life which seemed to be affecting his football performances.
"Obviously, Shedeur Sanders isn't really putting that work in," King said. "It's one of the things that I've always wondered. So much of his offseason work is off the campus of Colorado.
"It's always, 'We in Miami; we're going on the yacht tonight.' So, like, 'We on the beach; we're going to film a little clip of us doing something.' Like, 'We in Atlanta; we're going here we got a concert tonight. Wo we are at a local party.'
"All of this said ... Hey, he might be getting it in, and I've never judged him, but in the back of my mind I know what that grind looks like. And for Cam to call him out, it's almost like Cam telling him, like, "Hey, man, look. That was BS today. I've seen you work hard."
As fall practice approaches, Shedeur Sanders seems to have locked back into training ahead of what will be a pressure season for the quarterback as he attempts to climb the 2025 NFL draft ladder and lead his team in the Big 12.
