Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders recently appeared on "The Joel Klatt Show" and talked about what he has envisioned for the team in the upcoming college football season.

While talking to Klatt, he shared his candid thoughts on why he gets questioned for expressing his views:

"The only thing that trips me out is, you see the same this I see, but when I say, it you got a problem with that. I'm talking about the people out there. How you got a problem with what I see? He saw the same thing he said, but when I say, why is it a problem?"

Deion Sanders continued:

"Are we not used to honesty from football coaches across America? So everybody's sugarcoating everything because I ain't get that memo when I got this job... I don't sugarcoat. I call it what it is."

Deion Sanders reveals his plans for when Sheduer and Shilo leave Colorado

When the Pro Football Hall of Famer – who has a net worth of $45 million as per Celebrity Net Worth – was hired as the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, fans and analysts started wondering how long he would stay at Boulder. His first season with the Buffs was not an impressive one, which gave way to more speculation about Deion Sanders' coaching plans.

Coupled with the possibility that his sons Shedeur and Shilo would leave college for the draft, Sanders was surrounded by the same question time and again.

In the same episode, Sanders revealed that he won't follow his sons to the NFL and plans to keep coaching in Colorado:

"I'm a leader of men, not a follower of men," Sanders said. "I'm a father, not a baby daddy. I lead my sons. I don't follow my sons. My sons, Travis included, are getting ready to migrate to the NFL. I'm not following them to the NFL. ... I plan on being here and being dominant here."

Sanders and his three star players, Shilo, Shedeur and Travis Hunter, will look to lay the groundwork for a dominant college football season and build on last season's 4-8 record.
