Shedeur Sanders will likely be a top pick in the 2025 NFL draft. The Colorado Buffaloes quarterback, who was crowned the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year on Thursday, is in the running to be drafted by several teams.

The Las Vegas Raiders are among the contenders for Shedeur - who has a $6.2M NIL value per On3. Since Derrick Carr's exit, the Raiders have lacked a franchise quarterback, so adding the Buffaloes star will give the team stability at this position.

On Friday, Shedeur posted a video on Instagram of him driving through Las Vegas, where he passed Allegiant Stadium - the home of the Raiders.

"Legendary," Shedeur said.

This could be his review of the stadium, but it could also give fans a little hint about which NFL team could potentially draft him in April.

A move to the Raiders would make sense for Shedeur Sanders. He would be coming into a team that would welcome him, and he is very close to being "one quarterback away" from being a competitive team.

This is partly because the Raiders have been developing a strong roster of wide receivers, such as Jakobi Meyers and the former Georgia Bulldog Brock Bowers. Both players have shown talent and all they need is a strong quarterback, such as Shedeur Sanders, to help them (and, in turn, the entire Raiders franchise) succeed.

Will the Raiders get Deion Sanders as well as Shedeur Sanders?

Another possible reason the Raiders might consider bringing in Shedeur Sanders relates to his father - Deion Sanders - and NFL icon Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Raiders.

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that Las Vegas could be trying to hire Deion Sanders as its new coach.

"The belief among many in the league is that Tom Brady, now a minority owner of the Raiders, will have some level of influence over major decisions, and team owner Mark Davis will covet his knowledge and insight," Fowler said. " If Brady is looking for a fellow GOAT, Sanders has a compelling case as the best cornerback in NFL history."

Many assume that the team that drafts Shedeur Sanders may also hire Deion Sanders as its coach. This is supported by Deion's previous comments about controlling where the kids play and the fact that Shedeur has never been on a team where his father was not the coach.

If current coach Antonio Pierce is let go, this will only open the door for Deion and his son to join the Raiders team and potentially lead them to glory.
