Alabama Crimsonettes captain Chloe Holladay has continued to build up her brand even as the 2024 college football season has started in earnest. She became renowned when she had a fun interview with Tim Tebow and Paul Finebaum after the Crimson Tide beat the Georgia Bulldogs in last year's SEC championship game.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, Holladay revealed her plans after she eventually leaves college sports and the Crimsonettes.

"I would love to be the first NFL Majorette. Essentially baton twirling that has never been a thing before so they only have NFL cheerleaders and I think it would be awesome to be the first ever," Holladay said.

How Chloe Holladay became a Crimsonette

Chloe Holladay was born in Hartselle, North Alabama, close to the Alabama Crimson Tide. She attended a Bama football game when she was 6 years old, and when she saw the Crimsonettes in action, she decided to become one.

During an in-house interview, Holladay revealed how her dream of being a Crimsonette came to be.

“The first time I saw the Crimsonettes, I was pretty small. When I saw the sequins and the big hair, I was like, ‘Oh my goodness.’ That’s what I wanted to be,” Holladay said. “I never lost sight of that goal.” [via AOL].

Holladay is a student at the University of Alabama. She majors in nursing while balancing being part of the Alabama Million Dollar Band, who entertain the crowd at the Bryant-Denny Stadium before games.

The Crimsonettes perform as part of the larger band during pregame and halftime shows and have existed for 48 years. Holladay is perhaps the most well-known member of the current setup, and she was named captain last year. She gave an in-house interview revealing her enthusiasm to achieve her dream.

“Being that little girl that looked up to those girls, and then having little girls on gameday come up to me and they’re like, ‘Oh my goodness, an Alabama Crimsonette!’ It really is a privilege, and all the hard work that I’ve put in has really paid off.
“I just remember being in that little girl’s position, and when they come up to me I just wanna hug them and say, 'You’ve got this. You’re going to be me one day,' and it’s such a privilege, such an honor.”

Holladay has more than achieved her dream of being an Alabama Crimsonette and has built up a huge social media following.
