Things are looking up for Kalen DeBoer and the Alabama Crimson Tide ahead of their Week 5 game as two key starters could be back just in time for the big SEC opener in Tuscaloosa. On Saturday, No. 4-ranked Alabama is set to take on the No. 2-ranked Georgia Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium, with the game airing on ABC.

The injury report brings some relief for the Crimson Tide as wide receiver Cole Adams and safety Malachi Moore could suit up for the matchup.

Moore suffered a head injury against Wisconsin and Adams is recovering from an arm injury he suffered during the South Florida game. Both are not included in the team’s latest availability report which suggests a possible return to action.

Malachi Moore, Safety: Ready to Play

After missing time with a concussion, Malachi Moore isn’t on the injury report and could be set to return against Georgia. Coach DeBoer said that Moore was back at practice during Alabama's open week. DeBoer also said this on Wednesday's episode of his "Hey Coach" radio show:

"He’ll be back."

Cole Adams, Wide Receiver: Ready to Go

Adams has been showing great progress. On Wednesday, a photo from practice featured the redshirt freshman wearing a brace on his right elbow, but notably, he wasn’t in a non-contact jersey. A return looks highly likely.

Richard Young, Running Back: Likely to Play

Young, who injured his leg in the Wisconsin game, is on track to play in the upcoming matchup.

Jeremiah Alexander, Linebacker: Likely to Debut

Although Alexander hasn’t played yet this season, he’s listed as probable against Georgia which hints at his potential debut.

This would be a timely boost for DeBoer and his team as they prepare to face the reigning national champions in what promises to be a thrilling showdown.
