Alabama Crimson Tide injury report
The Tide's injury report has Kadyn Proctor, Elijah Pritchett and Cole Adams.
Kadyn Proctor
The Crimson Tide's influential left tackle Kadyn Proctor injured his shoulder before the season's opening game against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. During the SEC coaches' teleconference, DeBoer gave an update on his status ahead of the game against Wisconsin.
“He’s been practicing,” DeBoer said. “He’s doing well, doing a good job and really was heading in a really good direction right at the very end of last week and turned the corner. I think there, and is in a good spot here, done a nice job here in the first two days of practice.”
Elijah Pritchett
Tackle Elijah Pritchett was slated to take over Kadyn Proctor's spot but did not play until late in the clash against the South Florida Bulls due to a previously undisclosed injury, as mentioned by coach Kalen DeBoer.
“We’re still working through the plan, but he (Pritchett) finished the game out on saturday and really had no more setbacks, which was great,” DeBoer said.
“Something that we were very concerned about and didn’t want to hold him back. He had worked very hard from the week before, and injury that people weren’t aware of just because of the way the score was, so he’s in a good spot right now as well. We’re working through that plan and just the rotation with the offensive line.”
Cole Adams
Alabama will be without the services of wide receiver and punt returner Cole Adams after he suffered an injury against the South Florida Bulls.
Wisconsin Badgers injury report
The Wisconsin Badgers have removed cornerback Xavier Lucas and running back Tawee Walker from their pre-game injury report after both were sidelined for last weekend's game against South Dakota.
Offensive lineman Barrett Nelson and tight end Riley Nowakowski are listed questionable in the injury report.
The Alabama Crimson Tide and the Wisconsin Badgers will clash in Madison in the week three clash, with the visitors overwhelming favorites.
