In one of the shocks of Saturday's college football slate, the Michigan Wolverines upset the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes 13-10 to win "The Game." Michigan fans have been celebrating the stunning result online.

One notable Michigan fan who has been part of the celebrations is Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy. He posted a video on X after the win.

College football fans reacted to the result, agreeing with Portnoy's view that Ohio State coach Ryan Day should be fired.

"That was crazy but he’s right, coach has to go!" said this fan

These fans mentioned Portnoy again made a correct decision backing Michigan.

Finally, one fan mentioned an incident that happened at the end of the game, where the victorious Michigan team planted its flag onto the field at Ohio Stadium. The fan thinks that there will soon be another team planting its flag.

"Don’t worry Arch Manning will be planting the Texas flag there as well hope you look forward to more humiliation" said the fan.

Michigan's win overshadowed by fight

In the end, a late field goal from Wolverines kicker Dominic Zvada gave Michigan an unlikely win to cap of what has been an underwhelming season for the defending national champions.

However, the result is likely to be overshadowed by what happened after. Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham was giving an interview to the media when a fight broke out between Wolverines and Buckeyes players.

The Wolverines were attempting to plant their flag at the midfield of the Ohio Stadium, something that the Buckeyes players were trying to prevent from happening.

Things would briefly die down, but then an Ohio State player ripped the Wolverines flag of its pole, setting off another round of fighting, which reportedly had to be broken up by security with pepper spray.
