Arizona injury report Week 3
The Arizona Wildcats have four players on the injury report ahead of their Week 3 clash against Kansas State.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB
Arizona running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt is questionable to play in Week 3.
Croskey-Merritt has eligibility concerns that forced him to miss Week 2, and his status for Week 3 is still in doubt. In Week 1, Croskey-Merritt rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown against the New Mexico Lobos, which were his former team in his Arizona debut. However, after the game, some eligibility concerns grew, and he hasn't been able to play.
Rhino Tapa'atoutai, OL
Arizona offensive lineman Rhino Tapa'atoutai is questionable to play in Week 3 with a leg injury. Tapa'atoutai is the Wildcats' starting left tackle, but he injured his knee versus New Mexico.
Tapa'atoutai was a three-star recruit in the class of 2023.
Reymello Murphy, WR
Arizona Wildcats receiver Reymello Murphy is questionable to play in Week 3. Murphy did not play in Week 2 with an undisclosed injury. The wide receiver was a transfer from Old Dominion.
"It was more of a family thing, a family feel here," Murphy said about his decision to join the Wildcats. "It was a comfortable decision, coming here."
As a transfer, Murphy was a three-star recruit.
Gunner Maldonado, DB
Arizona defensive back Gunner Maldonado is questionable with an undisclosed injury.
The senior defensive back has recorded four tackles in 2024.
The Friday night matchup between the two Wildcats at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas, will be shown live on Fox.
