Baylor projected starting lineup and depth chart for Texas Bowl | 2024 college football season

The Baylor Bears finished 2024 as one of the hottest teams in the nation. They will face the LSU Tigers (8-4) in the Texas Bowl on New Year’s Eve.

Thanks to a six-game winning streak, Baylor (8-4) ended in the top half of the Big 12. The Bears are also expected to have limited opt-outs. So far, only transfer portal entries Tay’Shawn Wilson, Corey Gordon and Alvin Ebosele are the key contributors confirmed to be out of Tuesday's showdown.

Another motivation for the Bears is that coach Dave Aranda will face his former team. Aranda was believed to be in the hot seat early in the season, but as the team finished strong, his position should be safe.
