Keanu Koht is a linebacker who played for the Alabama Crimson Tide up until the final games of this season. He was then suspended from the program and then kicked off the program.
Koht got in trouble for sending an unsolicited photo to the daughter of Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer.
Former NFL quarterback Cam Newton discussed the incident on the lastest edition of his "4th and 1 podcast" on Wednesday (Timestamp: 2:39):
"Everybody has to have a consequence for every reaction or every action. ... It is extremely satanic. That is desperate behavior."
In today's high-tech world, the way people fall in love is different. As Newton points out, a lot of people live on their phones, and dating and romance have moved on to these phones. Now, one does not need to meet to develop a romance but can talk and share pictures online.
As Koht did, these photos can be unwanted and explicit.
Which program did Keanu Koht transfer to?
Keanu Koht has found his new school, and it is within the Southeastern Conference.
Last week, he announced his commitment to the Vanderbilt Commodores, and said the following:
“After careful reflection and consideration, I’ve come to realize that I’ve outgrown the shoes I once wore."
Now with a new program, Koht will hope for a fresh start, hoping to change the narrative for himself.
