Colorado left tackle Jordan Seaton has had an eventful season during which the Buffaloes gradually improved to the verge of making the Big 12 championship. The Colorado offensive line improved throughout the season, allowing for NFL-bound QB Shedeur Sanders to thrive.

On Monday, Buffs coach Deion Sanders had a two-word reaction on X to a picture of his son Shedeur and Seaton.

"Good Lawd," Deion Sanders tweeted.

The impact of Jordan Seaton on the much-maligned Colorado offensive line has been transformative, and during a news conference on Sep. 17, Deion Sanders showed his regard for the left tackle.

"Jordan is coming," Sanders said. "Slowly but surely, he's understanding footwork and technique is everything because at this level, you can't overpower, over-muscle or out-athletic others. He's doing a great job of listening to some of the best teachers that I've seen in quite a long time.
"Phil (Loadholt) and Gunnar (White) and big George (Hegamin), all them chime in to complete these guys. But I love where Jordan is mentally and physically."

Jordan Seaton's bold message to recruits

In a clip posted on "No Sko Zone" before the season started, Jordan Seaton made himself an instant Colorado fan favorite with a daring message to potential recruits.

"You gotta believe in Coach Prime," Seaton said. "You know, having the opportunity to play with somebody who has done it at the highest level, gold-jacket level. Very few can say that they did that. You know I got two Heisman candidates in Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, they are amazing, you know how they go.
"Yeah man, if you ain't rocking with us and you say that you're a dog and you claim that you're a dog, why you not coming to Colorado?"

Jordan Seaton was highly recruited by programs like the Georgia Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide but ultimately opted to join the Buffaloes. Throughout the season, offensive line coach Phil Loadholt and Buffs coach Deion Sanders have both been full of praise for the left tackle, and he became an immediate starter for Colorado as a freshman.
