Coach Prime's ex-wife Pilar Sanders flexes on son Shilo Sanders newest venture in latest IG reel 

Colorado coach Deion Sander's ex-wife Pilar Sanders was present at the Alamo Dome on Dec. 28, for her sons, Shedeur and Shilo Sander's last game in college football. Despite the 36-14 loss, Pilar posted snippets of herself on her Instagram stories showing herself supporting her children.

On Thursday, she further showed her support for Shilo, who teased the release of new music, and on Sunday, she posted a reel on Instagram of herself listening to her son's "Hate 2 Love" album.

She captioned the post:

"This tops My new Playlist 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #hate2love #ufo #bigshilo #shilosanders 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 #proudmom #musicmom," Pilar captioned the reel.

Pilar Sanders and Shilo share a close bond

Pilar Sanders and Shilo Sanders have shown several times in the past that they share a close bond. During a 2022 interview on "The Second Shot" podcast, Pilar told a hilarious anecdote of the lengths that the Colorado safety would go to protect her whenever she attended his football games.

"My son, like Shilo in particular, he's like, 'Mommy just stay home, you don't have to do anything," Pilar Sanders said. "Oh my gosh! My son, Shilo is just like whenever we show up for the game, he's trying to cover me like, 'I don't want anyone looking at your bu*t or your shape' and I'm like, 'Shilo, come on!'

"But it's funny because people who don't know us would think that I'm their age or their sister or something like that."

Pilar's divorce from Coach Prime in 2013 was acrimonious and was splashed in the tabloids as they battled for custody of their children, which was awarded to their father while their mother got visitation rights.

After one such visitation, Pilar made the claim that Deion Sanders had punched and kicked one of their sons, which led to her being sued by the Buffs coach for defamation and she was even jailed for seven days for contempt of court. In 2017, the courts awarded custody of the children to Pilar Sanders and Shilo Sanders had his say over which parent he preferred to be with in an explosive, now-deleted tweet on X.

"After what seems like forever, I'm finally officially back full-time with my mom! My mom having full custody of me is all I have wanted for years. Thank you to the court system for finally seeing the truth and putting me in a healthy, loving environment," Shilo wrote in the now-deleted post.

Pilar Sanders and Coach Prime have since co-parented their children with their sons playing for their father at both Jackson State and Colorado. However, the bond between mother and son has continued to flourish as showcased on their social media accounts.
