Coach Prime's second ex-wife, Pilar Sanders, gave a shoutout to her youngest child, Shelomi, who has announced her fitness plans for the New Year. On her Instagram story on Thursday, Pilar reposted a video of Shelomi doing a few exercises at the gym, offering support to her daughter.
In the video, Shelomi says that her goal for 2025 is to take more care of her body. The Alabama A&M basketball player also outlined plans of integrating more stretching and gym work, along with yoga, into her schedule.
Shelomi posted the original video on her Instagram, where she also announced a collaboration with "Savage X Fenty," heaping praise on the brand's sports bra.
"Start the New Year off right with the new Running Hot collection from @savagexfenty #savagexambassador #FITTOBEYOU" Shelomi wrote in the caption of her IG post.
Judging by her New Year's resolution, Shelomi is aiming to work on her physique, and it will likely help the Alamaba A&M Bulldogs (7-5) as well.
Sanders began her college basketball career with Jackson State in 2022 and then transferred to Colorado in 2023. Last year, Shelomi transferred to Alabama A&M for regular game time. She is averaging 1.3 points, 0.3 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game in her first season with the Bulldogs.
Pilar Sanders can help her daughter Shelomi get into shape

Apart from fitness enthusiast Pilar, Shelomi is surrounded by top athletes in her family. Her two brothers, Shilo and Shedeur, are football players for the Colorado Buffaloes, and they both plan on going pro this year. Meanwhile, her father, Deion Sanders, is a multiple-time Super Bowl winner who is now coaching the Buffs.
