Shedeur Sanders, the star quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes, turned his New York trip into a headline moment in the flashy and classic Sanders style. He dropped the video on Instagram to give his 2.1 million Instagram fam a taste of his trip to NYC and his mom, Pilar Sanders, couldn’t have been prouder.

The mother of three and Shedeur Sanders’ constant supporter reacted to the quarterback’s latest video, dropping a heartwarming response on social media, filled with love and fire emojis.

The video, captioned “legeNdarY,” gave fans an inside look at Shedeur’s luxurious NYC experience. From cruising through the city in a Maybach to stopping at some of the most iconic stores, Shedeur’s trip oozed style and swagger.

The Colorado star’s stops included big-name brands like Nike, Tajia Diamonds, Dior and Louis Vuitton, where the 22-year-old indulged in some well-deserved shopping sprees.

Of course, the highlight of the trip came at the Heisman Trophy ceremony. Shedeur, along with his father Deion Sanders, showed up to support his close friend and teammate, Travis Hunter. The clip even captured the bond between the two as Hunter celebrated his big win while getting clicked with the trophy.

Shedeur Sanders’ trip to New York City was legendary, no doubt. However, before he even touched down in the Big Apple, his dad — the one and only Coach Prime — made sure to get in a hilarious shot at his son, in a classic Sanders roast session.

As Shedeur prepped up for his visit, where he’d be supporting his teammate Travis Hunter at the Heisman ceremony, Deion Sanders hopped on FaceTime to deliver some over-the-top ‘dad advice.’ Prime couldn’t resist taking a dig at Shedeur’s NYC plans, as he claimed:

“You gonna have cameras around, and they gonna watch you get robbed. Show you a rat on the subway — a New York rat.”

The Colorado quarterback had a good laugh, but didn’t let it slide. Pointing his camera conveniently at his older brother Deion Jr., Shedeur shot back, saying:

“This is a New York rat. This is the family rat, right here.”

Following the laughs, the topic shifted to Shedeur’s suit for the big night, and Deion Jr. couldn’t resist but poke fun, asking Shedeur:

“Does your dad still dress you?”

Quick on his feet, Shedeur hit him with a gem, claiming:

“He pays for it.”
