The Colorado Buffaloes improved to 3-1 with an OT win over Baylor in Week 4. It was a solid win, but despite the victory, the Buffaloes did not get ranked in the AP Top 25 Poll.

Not only did Colorado not get ranked but they also didn't receive a single vote. It is a bit of a surprise as the Buffaloes are 3-1 and are a popular team. So some analysts and fans thought they should get a vote, but that wasn't the case.

After some fans questioned the decision, Colorado Buffaloes analyst Brian Howell for BuffZone took to social media to share why he thinks Colorado didn't get a vote.

"They haven’t beaten anyone of note, got rolled by the one good team they played and they’re a miracle away from being 2-2. Keep winning and they’ll get there," Howell wrote.

As Howell says, if Colorado can continue to win, the Buffaloes will have a chance to get ranked. But, for now, the wins they have aren't over quality opponents while their loss was to Nebraska, who is no longer ranked.

However, Colorado does have a tough game in Week 5 as the Buffaloes go on the road to play UCF. Colorado is a 14-point road underdog against UCF who are 3-0 and are a legit contender in the Big 12.

Deion Sanders' Buffaloes rally to beat Baylor

Colorado came up with an impressive comeback to beat Baylor 38-31 in OT. The Buffaloes trailed with no time on the clock but quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw a hail mary that was caught in the endzone to force OT. It was a stunning win and coach Deion Sanders was proud of his team's resilience.

"Great, great, great, great, great, great win. The young men were resilient. They never gave up ... It kind of threw us back to last year a little bit, didn't it? Like that nostalgia, that's the way stuff was starting last year," said Deion Sanders, via ESPN.
"I'm like, 'Man, I'm going gray, what you trying to do to me, fellas?' It was a tough one. This press conference could be totally different right now, but I'm excited that we won."

It was a great win for Colorado to put the Buffaloes at 3-1 on the season. Colorado will go on the road to play UCF in Week 5. The Buffaloes have notable games against Kansas State, Arizona, Utah, Kansas and Oklahoma State coming up.
