The Ohio State-Michigan showdown of Week 14 saw an ugly end when things went south on the field. The Wolverines secured a 13-10 victory over the Buckeyes in Columbus while denying Ryan Day's team a shot at competing in the Big Ten championship.

After the game, a massive brawl broke out. It started when Michigan players planted their flag in the middle of Ohio Stadium after their victory.

On Tuesday, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office released body cam footage of the Ohio State-Michigan incident. The three-minute-long video captures the entire altercation.

On Tuesday, Matt Baker of The Athletic provided additional information about how the police handled this Ohio State-Michigan chaos in Columbus. On X, Baker shared that three police officers at the incident used pepper spray to end the brawl between the Ohio State-Michigan players.

The Big Ten fined both the Wolverines and the Buckeyes $100,000 for the incident.

Ryan Day and Sherrone Moore spoke about the Ohio State-Michigan brawl

In the post-game press conference, Ryan Day talked about the chaos. The Buckeyes defended his team saying that his players got enraged after the disrespect shown by Michigan players by planting the flag.

"Yeah I don't know all the details of it," Day said. "But I know that these guys are looking to put a flag on our field and our guys weren't going to let that happen..... certainly we're embarrassed at the fact that we lost the game but there's some prideful guys on our team that weren't just going to let that happen."

Sherrone Moore said emotions got the better of both teams and that the situation could have been handled better.

"It was emotions on both sides," Moore said. "And our guys, I did see they had the flag and guys were waving it around and their guys charged us. So it's emotions on both sides, it can't happen. So rivalry games get heated, especially this one, it's the biggest one in the country, so we've got to handle that better."

Ohio State will take on Tennessee in the first round of the 12-team college football playoffs. On the other hand, the Wolverines, who won the natty last season, finished with a 7-5 record and will face Alabama in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
