On Wednesday, a video of snipers training for a public crisis at Folsom Field went viral on X. The video clip showed snipers firing shots from the roof of the Colorado football team's stadium and fans didn't hesitate in sharing their thoughts on the situation.
Some joked Colorado coach Deion Sanders organized the sniper shooting at Folsom Field, while others suggested that Coach Prime wouldn't approve of the training.
"Man, Deion Sanders ain’t playing around. Making sure these Twitter haters don’t pull up on Gameday!" one fan said.
"They protecting Deion like he the president," a fan said.
"They’re prepping for if the sideline reporter ridicules Deion during his interview on the way to the locker room at half," another fan said.
"I’m pretty sure coach prime wouldn’t approve of this," one fan said.
Some also used the video to aim cheeky digs at Colorado quarterback Sheduer Sanders.
"More accurate than Shadeur," a fan said.
"Sheduer to Travis," another fan said.
Sanders was appointed as Colorado's coach in Dec. 2022 after he left his post at Jackson State. He reportedly signed a five-year $29.5 million deal, excluding bonuses and other incentives to join the Buffaloes.
In his first season in 2023, Sanders led Colorado to a rather underwhelming 4-8 record. However, the team has shown remarkable improvement in his second season at the helm.
