Coach Prime's eldest son Deion Sanders Jr. has taken another step in his music journey. This time, he collaborated with Colorado Buffaloes WR prodigy Jimmy Horn Jr. on his latest single called 'Trippin Pt 2'.
The Well Off Forever instagram page shared a video of Deion Sanders Jr. and Jimmy Horn Jr. grooving to their new single inside a restaurant. The clip showcases both of them singing their own verses in the song. The caption announced that the single was not available on Apple Music for fans to listen to.
Earlier this year, Deion Sanders Jr. released his latest music album called 'Rwbr 2. The album contained eight songs including 'Thought I was Trippin', 'Are You Drunk', and 'ICY'. He released his first rap song called 'Swaggin' back in 2011 in an effort to follow in Coach Prime's musical footsteps.
Before transitioning into the world of content and music, Coach Prime's eldest son also played football during his college years. Deion Sanders Jr. played WR for Marcus High School and Atlanta Sports Academy. He then spent three seasons with the SMU Mustangs before hanging up his cleats and diving into the world of fashion.
In 2016, he started his own streetwear clothing brand called 'Well Off' which has gone on to become a powerhouse at making content for the Colorado Buffaloes. However, Sanders Jr. said that he is now looking to expand his business and make content for other college football teams as well.
Deion Sanders Jr. backs up Travis Hunter's Heisman campaign amid Oregon Ducks mascot roast
The Oregon Ducks mascot called 'The Duck' made an appearance on the Pat McAfee show on Friday. The mascot took a playful shot at Travis Hunter stating that "snaps ain't a stat though," and backed Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty as the rightful Heisman winner this season.
Coach Prime's eldest son did not let this thing be swept under the rug. He took to social media to fire back at Oregon's mascot calling his infatuation with them "weird."
"Yall are the #1 in the nation & yall whooped our a** last year... why tf is bro on there worried about us? S**t weird as hell," Deion Sanders Jr. wrote
Over the past few weeks, Travis Hunter has been the favorite to win the Heisman award this season. However, Ashton Jeanty's performance during Boise State's Mountain West Championship victory has massively shifted things in this two-man race.
According to BetMGM, Hunter is still the favorite to win the Heisman at -5000. He is closely followed by Ashton Jeanty at +1500, who is now closing the gap following the commanding lead that the Colorado two-way star had at the start of this month.
The finalists of the 2024 Heisman Award will be announced on Monday, December 9 with the ceremony taking place on December 14. It will be interesting to see who emerges victorious and lifts the coveted award this season.
