Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes had a strong 2024 season, bouncing back from a humbling 4-8 record in 2023. The Buffs finished 9-3 in the regular season and played in a bowl game.

Now, the team has many star players declaring for the 2025 NFL draft. Defensive end BJ Green II posted a long message on his Instagram, announcing his decision to move forward in his career on Thursday.

Deion Sanders Jr. reposted the message and wrote a two-word caption while tagging him:

Green II isn't the only player to leave Colorado this year. Coach Prime's sons, Shilo and Shedeur Sanders, as well as Heisman winner Travis Hunter, are among those who'll be leaving Boulder for the NFL in 2025.

Deion Sanders Jr. backs ASU RB amidst criticism

Coach Prime’s eldest son, Deion Sanders Jr., threw his support behind Arizona State’s senior running back Cam Skattebo, who faced backlash after his game against the Texas Longhorns in the Peach Bowl.

Skattebo registered 143 rushing yards and two touchdowns, including a 42-yard score, but the Sun Devils fell 39-31 in double overtime to Steve Sarkisian’s men. He played while he was ill and was seen throwing up on the sidelines. Some speculated that it was because he was out partying on New Year's Eve.

Skattebo responded to the accusations on X:

“Dudes a clown, that was at 8:30 pm and I was with family. Yes they were drinking alcohol, and if you knew anything about me you know I don’t drink. But I’m sure you posted this because you couldn’t get a picture or autograph. Man some people just want the clout and it’s sickening."

Sanders Jr. replied to Skattebo’s tweet:

“You're at the top, my brother. They're gone do whatever they can to dim your light. Keep going! F**** them people.”

The RB addressed the incident on "The Dan Patrick Show," explaining that he was overhydrated and had a bad breakfast sandwich, dismissing any accusations of partying.
