Is Deion Sanders Jr.’s next big adventure in outer space? Coach Prime’s son at least seems open to the idea, no matter the cost.
On his Instagram account, Deion Sanders Jr. posted a story with a picture showing a space balloon that lets people visit outer space for $125,000. The younger Sanders reacted to it with a short message.
“Gotta do it..”, Deion Sanders Jr. wrote.
The image comes from the @explainingtheuniverse Instagram account and it is about “Space Perspective”. The venture calls itself the first carbon-neutral space flight company. It offers the customers the possibility of traveling to space on a ship lofted by a balloon above 99% of the Earth’s atmosphere.
The company is already selling seats on its Spaceship Neptune. The trip would be about six hours, including two hours floating through the stratosphere.
Deion Jr. might be ready to enjoy a literal outer-space experience while waiting for the 2025 Colorado Buffaloes’ football season.
Deion Sanders Jr. defends brother Shedeur in NYU fan's post
In the aftermath of the Colorado Buffaloes’ lopsided loss to the BYU Cougars in the Alamo Bowl, much has been made of a video in which quarterback Shedeur Sanders is expressing his frustrations.
While the video was posted as if the quarterback was talking about the Cougars’ defense, Shedeur was upset with the Buffaloes’ offensive performance.
However, besides clarifying what transpired on the Buffs’ sideline, Deion Sanders Jr. actually praised the way the video was managed.
"He wasn’t talking about their defense. He was honestly frustrated with some of the stuff we were doing.. but this video is 🔥🔥🔥, so f*** what I’m talking about. I put it out there so I can’t even get mad at it… yall used it perfectly," Deion Jr. responded to the post made on X.
The Colorado offense struggled to move the ball against BYU, scoring their first points midway into the third quarter, with the game already out of reach at 27-0. It was a sour end to Colorado's otherwise strong season.
Shedeur finished the game with 208 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, his worst performance of the season. Although it was his final game wearing a Colorado uniform, he is expected to to continue his career in the NFL.
As for Deion Jr., he backed the Buffaloes through social media this year and has said he will remain in Boulder even though brothers Shedeur and Shilo have finished their eligibility.
