Deion Sanders Jr. drops 3-word message to subtly alert Shedeur & Co. ahead of Colorado's bowl game against BYU

The winds of change are coming and for the Colorado Buffaloes, that is what their Alamo Bowl game against the BYU Cougars represents. Deion Sanders Jr. simply posted his Twitter/X post with no other explanation. The post is below where Deion Sanders Jr. simply stated:

Deion Jr. is likely alluding to this being the final game that brothers, quarterback Shedeur Sanders and safety Shilo Sanders, as well as Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, will all play in college football.

Shilo Sanders is a senior and has no more NCAA eligibility remaining while both Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter have made it clear that they are not going to be returning to college football and instead will be entering the 2025 NFL draft class after the Alamo Bowl against the BYU Cougars.

Shedeur Sanders has been one of the more polarizing prospects in the 2025 NFL draft class. Entering the Alamo Bowl game, Sanders has completed 337-of-454 (74.2%) of his passes for 3,926 yards with 35 passing touchdowns to eight interceptions as well as 91 rushing attempts for -16 yards (-0.2 yards per carry) with four rushing touchdowns.

The New York Giants seem to be the team that will get the first pick in the upcoming NFL draft and are desperately in need of a quarterback after releasing Daniel Jones earlier this season and struggling with the duo of Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito under center.

Shedeur Sanders has also strongly hinted that he is interested in joining New York as he is donning red and blue cleats, the primary colors of the New York Giants, during the Alamo Bowl.

Sanders has showcased everything that the Giants need as he is extremely accurate and has proven to be a winner under center, bringing a Colorado program from a single win in 2022 to now bowl eligible and competing for the Big 12 Conference Championship.

It also does not hurt that Shedeur Sanders is used to the scrutiny, which is certainly happening at every moment in New York. With the Giants on course to get the No. 1 pick in the draft, they could get the chance to get Shedeur Sanders as their next quarterback.
