Deion Sanders had an altercation on social media with the founder and CEO of On3, Shannon Terry, on Thursday. The online argument between the two was borne out of the current situation of Phillip Dukes, a national recruitment analyst and show host for On3.

Dukes was reportedly dismissed by On3 following his visit to Boulder for Colorado's Week 9 game against Cincinnati. Sanders took to social media to express his support for Dukes on Thursday. He praised the analyst, emphasizing his talent and strong work ethic.

“What’s really going on? My man @DukestheScoop is a free agent I just heard,” Sanders wrote. “This young brother is truly talented, smart, relational & will work his butt off. Networks & media outlets please check him out. @On3sports what’s really going on? God bless u my brother.”

Deion Sanders' public support for Dukes didn’t go well with Shannon Terry, and it sparked a direct response from the On3 CEO. He personally addressed the comments of Colorado’s coach while offering updates on Dukes' situation.

“Coach @DeionSanders, with all due respect, as my mother and father told me growing up, 'mind your own plate,'” Terry wrote. “Dukes and I had a great conversation this morning about what was best for On3 and his career. We are good and have a plan.”

Deion Sanders Jr. waded into the altercation following the words of Terry to defend his father. The Colorado content creator and Well Off Media founder had a four-word reply for the On3 CEO.

“Just watch your tone,” Deion Jr. wrote.

Warren Sapp discusses the uniqueness of Deion Sanders’ coaching philosophy

Pro Football Hall of Famer and Colorado graduate assistant Warren Sapp explained what it has looked like working under Deion Sanders in his recent appearance on the "Toure Show."

Sapp highlighted Sanders' distinctive coaching philosophy, stressing his dedication to shaping players into well-rounded individuals both on and off the field. Coach Prime has often declared building his players goes beyond the field of play.

"He's leading the troops," Sapp said. "When you work for a man like that, you follow him anywhere, because you know his heart is true and you know his meaning is there.
"And everything about him is genuine. He's the same man every time. My office is across from his, [he's] the same dude every morning. That music's playing, he'll come out with a little bounce in his step. Smile on his face, greet you with a good morning hug.”

Sapp has made a noteworthy contribution to Colorado since arriving at the program during the offseason. He’s helped bolster the Buffaloes’ performance at the line of scrimmage, effectively tackling the major concerns from last season. This includes the lack of quarterback protection and generating defensive pressure.
