Colorado safety Shilo Sanders has exhausted his college football eligibility after the Buffaloes' 36-14 loss to the BYU Cougars in the Alamo Bowl. He is now headed for the NFL via the 2025 NFL Draft. Recently, Sanders ventured into new territory by releasing his rap single "Hate 2 Love."
On Wednesday, he shared a series of Instagram photos showcasing his stylish blue and white outfit from Nevada, captioning the post:

Sanders brothers address Shilo Sanders releasing new song
The Sanders family has close ties to the music industry, starting with Coach Prime, who released an album titled 'Prime Time' in 1994 while he was still a player with the San Fransisco 49ers. Deion Sanders Jr. released a song titled "Iggy" in 2024, and Shedeur Sanders released his hit single "Perfect Timing," which hit two million streams on Apple Music in October last year.
During Tuesday's segment of the "2Legendary" podcast, Bucky and Shedeur, who have been supportive of their brother, addressed Shilo's new song.
“It’s fire; I’m not going to lie. It’s a song where he goes, he said, ‘I’m amazing.’ I said, ‘Bro, that goes hard, bro. I’m not going to lie to you.'” Deion Sanders Jr. said. “People love it too. It’s funny because people kept DMing, like posting the mentions on Instagram, and I was like, ‘What is this?’"
"They kept tagging me because I didn’t know it was Char in that picture, his album cover. I’m like, ‘Bro, what is this?’ Then I was like, ‘Oh, OK, cool.’ Yeah, but yeah, shout out to Sh, man."
The NFL-bound Shedeur Sanders teased Shilo Sanders for not featuring him in his new song.
“He didn’t put me on a feature, though," Shedeur said. "He didn’t put you on a feature, though. You know how I get. You know how we always talk about, ‘Yeah, we gonna drop, we gonna drop,’ but never do. He actually did it. I’ve been bumping it all day. I’m ready to listen to it on the beach, man, so I’ve been saving all of my plays for when I’m out there."
With the release of his new song, Shilo Sanders becomes the latest member of the Sanders family to blend football and music.
