Deion Sanders has powerful message on building a "winning culture" at Colorado.

Deion Sanders has an inspiring message about creating a winning culture in Colorado. Drawing from his Hall of Fame career, he conveyed the importance of always going above and beyond.

The Colorado Buffaloes, a football powerhouse in the 1990s, won the national title in 1990 but hasn't won a bowl game since 2004. However, with Sanders' arrival, Colorado secured the top transfer class in the country, with players such as his son, quarterback Shedeur Sanders, and wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter.

On Wednesday, at the Redcon1 GNC Global Conference in Las Vegas, Coach Prime kicked off the event in conversation with GNC's CEO.

“To build a winning culture, it has to be about everyone in there,” Sanders said. “Because when you win, everyone gets a ring. You don't just win a darn Super Bowl… everyone gets a ring. I want everybody in here to win… You should know what to do. Do your homework and do more than expected.”

Coach Prime, who is worth $45 million (per Celebrity Net Worth) emphasized his point with personal real stories of hard work and versatility during his playing days.

“I could be just a cornerback. I was a kick returner, too,” Sanders said. “I wasn’t just a kick returner. I was a receiver, too. I wasn't just a receiver and a kick returner and a cornerback, I was a motivator. I wasn’t just a motivator, a kick returner, receiver and a cornerback, I was a leader. I could keep going all day.”
“But you got to be more than you signed up to be,” he added. “That's one of the traits of leadership. That’s one of the traits of success. That's one of the traits of winning.”

Deion Sanders' day in Vegas didn't end there. He met with some of GNC's top executives and franchisees, and later, he created some Redcon1 energy content.

Deion Sanders addressed the feud between QB coach Quincy Avery and Deion "Bucky" Sanders Jr.

On Wednesday, Deion Sanders advocated for "love over hate" in response to the feud between QB coach Quincy Avery and Deion "Bucky" Sanders Jr. on X (formerly Twitter). During their exchange, Avery commented on how Coach Prime treats Travis Hunter:

"On the bright side if he thinks you are good enough he will also consider you one of his sons."

Bucky, Deion's eldest son, responded to this on social media:

"You really b**** made."

Avery escalated the situation in his responses on X.

"Man's a Jr getting treated like a stepson all because he couldn't backpedal. Damn shame." He added in another post, "You lashing out because you are your pops' 4th favorite son? Behind a kid he just met a few years ago & he knew he was good at football."

Colorado head coach Sanders addressed the feud:

"Wow. I didn’t know. Bucky told me a lil something about what it was really about. I’m praying for dude and his success. Can we love instead of Hate one another."

Even after Deion's other sons QB Shedeur and safety Shilo head to the NFL, Sanders Jr. will likely stay in Boulder with Coach Prime.

Nonetheless, Sanders Jr. played wide receiver at Marcus High School in Dallas, Texas, and Atlanta Sports Academy in Georgia before playing college football at Southern Methodist University in Texas for three seasons.
