EA Sports College Football 25 Server Update (July 23)
EA Sports College Football 25 greeted gamers with an 8 GB update on Tuesday. The update started at 6 AM ET.
Players on Xbox Series S will be pleased to hear that the iconic Florida State War Chant and Tennessee's "Rocky Top" songs are now audible. Additionally, incorrect commentary during the first game of Dynasty mode at Utah has been corrected.
In response to player feedback, EA has adjusted its Super Sim Logic to reduce the frequency of FCS schools pulling off unrealistic upsets in simulated games. This update also addresses several Dynasty mode bugs, including issues with loading online dynasties, generating new conference schedules for Pac-12 additions, and saving modified conference rules.
Recruiting Logic has been fine-tuned to ensure a smoother experience. Players will no longer face problems with recruits not displaying as "Ready for a Visit" when they reach their Top 5 stage. Additionally, the practice option is now appearing correctly in the Team tab.
Team Builder teams also have improvements, with cleats no longer defaulting to Adidas regardless of selected brand apparel and second custom image layers now displaying correctly on the field.
EA also informed that gamers will have to update their console for the fixes to take effect.
