After missing three games for the Colorado Buffaloes, Travis Hunter returns in week 7 with an electrifying touchdown. Hunter was out rehabilitating after suffering from a lacerated kidney injury during Colorado's week 3 game against Colorado State.
Without Hunter, Colorado lost their games against Oregon and USC and only won last weekend against Arizona State. Coach Prime talked about how he is confident of his two-way star player making a comeback against Stanford. And Travis Hunter has not disappointed.
Hunter showcased his brilliance on both sides of the ball once again to give Colorado an early lead over Stanford. With three minutes remaining of the first quarter, Shedeur Sanders threw an accurate pass to Hunter, who left the defense spellbound with his spinning move and went on to run all the way to the end-zone.
Colorado fans were elated with Hunter's run, calling him a talented player. They went on to talk about how his presence on the field for the Buffs makes a huge difference in the outcome of the game. One fan even commented,
"He's such a playmaker"
