Quarterback Arch Manning and the Texas Longhorns defeated the Arizona State Sun Devils in the Peach Bowl on New Year's Day. They won the game 39-31 in a game that went to double overtime.

The game was also a second-round matchup in the College Football Playoff. As a result, the Longhorns advanced to the semifinals. They will play Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl on Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m. EST.

After Wednesday's game, many players on both teams went on the field to show their respect. ESPN posted a video on X of Arch Manning making sure to find Arizona State running back Cam Skattebo and shake hands after the game. In the video, the height difference between the two players became very clear.

Arch Manning is 6-foot-4, whereas Skattebo is 5-11.

After watching the video, several fans took to X to point out the height difference. Some were having trouble telling if Manning is very tall or Skattebo is very short.

"How tall is Manning? Or how short is Skattebo?," one fan wrote.
"It's crazy how tall Arch Manning is when he comfort Cam," one fan commented.
"How tall is cam lol," one fan added.

Other fans continued to comment on Skattebo's height.

"Skattebo should have been the first time MVP is awarded to a player on the team that came up short," one fan wrote.
"Damn! I didn't know Cam was THAT short! Packs a lot of power in that frame," one fan commented.
"Is skatteboo 4 feet tall," one fan added.

Arch Manning and Texas Longhorns advance to the College Football Playoff semifinal

With their victory over the Arizona State Sun Devils, the Texas Longhorns have advanced to the semifinals of the College Football Playoff where they will play Ohio State next Friday. However, it is unclear how much Manning will play.

Another thing that fans discussed in the comment section of the video was that it was weird that ESPN would post a video of a player who did not play (Manning) shaking hands with a star player on another team (Skattebo). Manning did not appear for a single snap against Arizona State.

Although there was talk in the media that Arch Manning should get the start instead of Quinn Ewers, it appears that the Longhorns are sticking with their season-long starter for the playoffs.
