Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter shares a close bond with coach Deion Sanders. He followed Coach Prime and his sons, Shilo and Shedeur, from Jackson State to Boulder last season and is considered one of the top contenders for this year's Heisman Trophy.

Another thing that Hunter shares with Sanders is their love for shoes. After successfully stealing one of Coach Prime's shoes earlier this month, Hunter now has his eyes on yet another shoe collection.

In a video posted on social media on Friday, we see the Colorado cornerback/wide receiver scouting Coach Prime's shoes in his office, as the second-year coach watches on. Hunter has a hilarious smirk on his face as he talks about how he was getting ready to take away Sanders' shoe collection from his office and have them on a layaway agreement.

"I got these already on layaway," Hunter said. "So once he wears them, I get to take them. ... He gonna let me take these so I got these on layway too ... Like I said, he got to wear them one time. Once he wear them one time, I have them."

Last month on the Richard Sherman podcast, Travis Hunter opened up about how most of his money goes into expanding his shoe collection. He also stated that his fiancee Leanna Lenne helps him maintain his finances and ensure that he is not overspending on anything.

"I got a fiancee, so she helped me save a lot of money. So I'm not out here splurging my money. It's probably just, I do buy a lot of shoes. I probably got like 200 pairs of shoes since like being at Jackson State, but shoes ain't that much. But yeah, I save a lot of money because I know the next level." (12:55 onwards)

Travis Hunter takes a stand for Deion Sanders

On November 5, the Colorado two-way star posted a hot-wings challenge with his teammates on YouTube. In the video, Hunter also came forward to support Deion Sanders amid the criticism and hate that he gets.

"I've been with Coach Prime for three years. You know, it's gonna be the same hate that they love that's at JSU, but as soon as you come to Colorado, they hate us," Hunter said. "So it's just the same thing.....But you know, he was successful so fast, it just makes everybody hate him. But the most people that be there, they ain't never touch the football." (26:25 onwards)
