Dillon Gabriel rocked up the Oregon Spring Game on the field, but his girlfriend, Zo Caswell, stole the spotlight off it as she watched her boyfriend dictate the play for Dan Lanning's team at Autzen Stadium on Saturday.
Caswell shared snippets from her day out watching the Oregon Spring Game. While Caswell looked chic in a white tube top and black joggers, her beige jacket with the No. 8 embroidered on it became the highlight of her ensemble. Have a look:
It was Oregon's Green team that emerged victorious with a 28-17 win over the White team in front of an estimated 40,000 fans at Autzen Stadium. But beyond the scoreline, the spring game was a celebration of Oregon football's legacy, with alumni like Troy Dye and Kenjon Barner in attendance.
Postgame, fans were treated to a concert by Eugene's own Mat Kearney, adding to the festivities. For coach Dan Lanning, the game was a chance to gauge the players' enthusiasm and readiness for the upcoming season.
Oregon Spring Game ft. Dillon Gabriel
The Oregon Ducks wrapped up their spring football with a bang as they hosted their annual spring game at Autzen Stadium. Under the helm of coach Dan Lanning, the team gears up for its third year with significant changes following the departure of star quarterback Bo Nix to the NFL.
Senior transfer Dillon Gabriel displayed his talent by leading the Green squad to a 28-17 victory. With 14 of 21 passes completed, Gabriel amassed 163 yards and two touchdowns, while being sacked twice.
Gabriel's leadership and ability to execute plays effectively bode well for Oregon's upcoming season. Despite initial surprise at Gabriel's transfer to Oregon, his partnership with coach Lanning seems promising.
With the Ducks aiming for greater success following last season's disappointment at not making the College Football Playoff after reaching the Pac-12 championship game, Gabriel's presence adds depth and skill to the team's quarterback lineup.
As the Ducks look ahead to the challenges of the next season, Gabriel's performance in the spring game has given Oregon fans a reason to dream in the 2024 college football season.
