Olivia Dunne has decided on her college future

LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne announced on her social media platforms that she will return for her fifth year of collegiate season. Many fans were speculating about her future after the Lady Tigers won the national championship title in 2024.

Dunne dedicated a long and heartfelt message to her fans in the video.

"Dear LSU, these past four years have changed my life. There’s something about putting on a purple and gold leotard. There’s something about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans. There’s something about being pushed by your coaches to be your very best.
"And there’s something about being a part of a team that made school history. And no matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there’s just something about LSU. And that’s why I’m here to say, I’m not ‘Dunne’ yet."

The caption of the video was:

"Not Dunne yet."

Dunne had a successful season in 2024 as she gained popularity for being on the roster and became the cover star for this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Additionally, her relationship with Pittsburgh Pirates star Paul Skenes also gained significant attention.

Olivia Dunne's career-best was 9.9, which she scored twice. Her performance on the uneven bar helped the team to an SEC title.
