Kristen Saban joyfully radiated alongside Nick Saban and Terry Saban at the annual Nick's Kids Foundation Luncheon. The event, held at Bryant-Denny Stadium, received $625,000 in donations, continuing the foundation’s legacy of giving.

Kristen’s Instagram post featured her son and the Saban family. Perfectly capturing the spirit of the event, Saban’s daughter captioned the photo:

“It’s all about the kids ❤️”

The former Alabama coach was also satisfied with the foundation’s impact.

"Today is all about the kids and how we can help people in our community have a better quality of life. I am really happy and proud of all the people that have supported Nick’s Kids through the years, and I am especially appreciative of Miss Terry for her time and effort of trying to help as many people as she can in our community,” Saban said.

The foundation also included the Saban Center under its ambit. Saban's innovative educational institution promises to enhance education in West Alabama by integrating STEM and the arts into the learning environment.

Nick Saban's education initiative receives huge donation

Nick Saban's groundbreaking education initiative, the Saban Center, received a $17,000 donation from the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) in July.

The Saban Center is being viewed as an educational hub in Tuscaloosa that will change the learning landscape. Offering STEM and arts on one state-of-the-art campus, it envisions offering practical experiences that inspire Alabama’s youth to pursue careers in these critical fields.

Set to open in June 2027, the center continues to gain momentum, with partnerships like the one with Shelton State Community College (SSCC) further enhancing its potential to transform education in Alabama.

“The collaboration and partnerships within our community these days are very strong, and projects such as this allow us to build on that strong foundation in a way that maximizes our impact on those who live, work, and play in Tuscaloosa and the surrounding communities,” SSCC president Jonathan Koh said via Patch.

The center will also provide professional development fellowships for educators, directly linking K–12 education with workforce needs.
