The No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes (9-1) hosted the No. 5 Indiana Hoosiers (10-0) in one of the premier matchups of the week on Saturday.
The Buckeyes were coming off a 31–7 win over Northwestern and had won four games in a row. Meanwhile, the Hoosiers were coming off a 20–15 victory over Michigan and were undefeated.
Despite the Hoosiers entering the game undefeated, the Buckeyes were big favorites heading into the game. Caesars Sportsbook had Ohio State as a -430 favorite and the Hoosiers as +328 underdogs.
The game ended up being much less close than the sportsbooks predicted. After Indiana opened the scoring, Ohio State dominated the game and won 38-15.

Ohio State entered this marquee matchup as the betting favorite, but Indiana kicked off the scoring. The Hoosiers went 70 yards down the field on their first drive of the game to score. However, things turned around for Ohio State in the second quarter.
Ohio State scored halfway through the second quarter to tie the game. After trading turnovers, Ohio State capitalized on Indiana's failure to convert a fourth-down attempt. Only needing to go seven yards, they capitalized and took a 14-7 lead into halftime.
Things started to unravel for the Hoosiers in the third quarter. Caleb Downs scored a 79-yard punt return for Ohio State to extend the lead. Then, with six minutes left in the third quarter, the Buckeyes scored again to take a 28-7 lead into the fourth and final quarter.
Indiana struggled to generate any offense and had only eight plays over its next two drives. Ohio State got the ball back and scored a field goal to extend its lead even further. Indiana scored a touchdown with less than two minutes remaining to close to 31-13 thanks to a two-point conversion, but it was not enough.
The Buckeyes added another TD with 35 seconds remaining to take a 38-13 lead, handing Indiana its first loss of the season.
