Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders decided to return for one final collegiate season before going pro. Coach Prime and his sons transferred from Jackson State to the Buffs last season. Despite the hype surrounding their arrival in Boulder, they could only muster a 4-8 overall campaign.

Shedeur Sanders put up an impressive debut performance for the Buffs last season, recording a total of 3,230 passing yards and 27 TD passes. He also got the opportunity to play in different iconic stadiums last year.

During a recent episode of his podcast "2Legendary with Shedeur Sanders", he came forward to name his favorite stadium that he has played in. Shedeur said playing against Arizona State at Mountain America Stadium was his favorite. He justified his answer by citing that the atmosphere was "lively" during that game:

"I don't remember bro. Three, four games, it's all blur right now," Shedeur initially joked. "But I would definitely say I like the Arizona State. Yeah, It was lively in Arizona State."

The Arizona State versus Colorado showdown ended with Deion Sanders' team taking home the victory with a 27-24 final score. Both teams battled it out till the end, with Alejandro Mata scoring a 43-yard field goal in the dying seconds of the fourth quarter to secure the W.

Shedeur Sanders recorded a total of 239 passing yards and a touchdown pass in that game. After the victory, he went towards the Arizona State student section and rubbed the victory in their face while showing off his watch. This gave birth to his iconic celebration known as "the watch flex" which is now also in EA Sports College Football 25.

Shedeur Sanders details his offseason preparations for debut Big 12 campaign

In another episode of the podcast, Sanders talked about how he has been working on his footwork and rhythm this offseason ahead of his Big 12 debut. He also detailed how being the most sacked QB last year has led to him having a certain kind of PTSD.

This led to him continually trying to improve his footwork so he does not succumb to pressure like last season:

"I would definitely say, one, really working on footwork and everything at rhythm. Knowing the pre-snap, knowing actually the post-snap reality of what's gonna happen and just throughout the play and just go through progressions and work on footwork really," Shedeur said.
"When you get sacked so many times, when you get sacked so many times bro, over and over, bro you footwork gonna be different than someone that hasn't got sacked that many times. It's like PTSD bro," he added.

Coach Deion Sanders has put in the effort to revamp the O-line to provide Shedeur Sanders with better protection on the field this upcoming season. It will be interesting to see if he can go on to lead the Buffs to be eligible for the bowl games in his final collegiate campaign.
