"Let them be mad queen" - Travis Hunter continues to be pillar of strength for his fiancee amid "beef" rumors

Colorado's two-way star Travis Hunter Hunter cemented his lead in the Heisman Trophy race with a stellar performance against the Oklahoma State Cowboys during the Colorado Buffaloes' 52-0 Week 14 win. Hunter tallied 116 yards on 10 receptions with three touchdowns, while adding one tackle, two pass breakups and one interception on the defensive end.

Hunter's fiancee, Leanna Lenee was in attendance and they were seen exchanging words after the game, leading to fans speculating that there was trouble in paradise.

On Monday, amid the "beef" rumors, Lenee posted a series of cozy pictures on Instagram of herself and Hunter.

"You & me," Lenee captioned.

"Let them be mad queen," Travis Hunter wrote in the comments section. "I love you."

On Sunday, after speculation around their relationship status, the couple quickly dispelled the rumors when Lenee posted a message about the incident on her Instagram stories.

"These pics were taken 30 seconds after that clip by the way," Lenne wrote. "Pls remember that social media is not real, and 5 seconds is not enough to understand a situation. You also never know what a person can handle mentally. Thank you baby for always trying to cheer me up. You truly are the greatest partner a girl could ever ask for."

Dec. 2 is Leanna Lenee's birthday and in a TikTok video on her since privatized account, she revealed how Travis Hunter, who was committed to the college football season with the Colorado Buffaloes, spoiled her.

"My birthday is on Monday, but I'm gonna be on a trip, I leave tomorrow morning," Lenee said. "For my trip, Travis told me to pick anywhere I wanna go and bring whoever I wanna bring and he's gonna pay for all of us to go on a trip. So, that's what we did, but I don't like going to new places without him, I like to experience stuff like that with him."

Lenee also shared that she and the Heisman contender have a yearly competition of outdoing each other in gift-giving during their birthdays while giving the background story of how the tradition started.

"You know me and him, every year we kind of like try to outdo each other for each other's birthdays," Lenee said. "The first two years, I kind of beat him 'cause I like birthdays. Everyone who knows me knows that I love birthdays.

"I've always tried to give him spectacular birthdays, and then he kind of fell into that. And now he's kind of obsessed with my birthday and his birthday, so we compete every year."

Previously, Lenee has detailed how she has moved with her fiancee to two different states during his college football career and is likely to move with Travis Hunter when he enters the NFL via the 2025 draft.
