Deion Sanders' daughter, Deiondra Sanders, shared an adorable moment featuring her baby boy, Que, showing love for the Colorado Buffaloes. She posted a photo of her son sporting a Colorado hat and supporting the Buffs against the UCF Knights. A sticker covered Que’s face.
"Let's go Buffs 🏈," she said in the story's caption.
Led by Shedeur Sanders, who threw for three touchdowns, and Travis Hunter, who had both a touchdown reception and an interception, the Buffaloes defeated UCF on the road (48-21).
Deiondra and Baby Que cheering from the sidelines, Colorado hopes to continue its winning momentum as it navigates its second stint in the Big 12. Prior to this year, Colorado was a member of the Big 12 from 1996 to 2010.
Coach Prime ecstatic after UCF win
Deion Sanders was all smiles after Colorado’s win over UCF in Week 5. While the Buffs came in as 14-point underdogs, they flipped the script with an all-around performance that had the Hall of Famer beaming.
"A wonderful game," he said. "It’s one of the first times we came out and played a collective game offensively, defensively, and on special teams."
Deion’s son, Shedeur, led the charge, completing 28-of-35 passes for 290 yards and three touchdowns. He connected nine times with star two-way player Travis Hunter for 89 yards.
The Buffs HC also praised UCF coach Gus Malzahn.
“He keeps me going and he keeps me on my toes. What he's accomplished and what he's brought to college football is phenomenal. He has been just straight up 100 his whole entire career and I have love for him but to be on the opposing side coaching against him was historic for me,” said Coach Prime.
Colorado is now 4-1 (2-0) in the 2024 college football season.
