“Let’s go”: Deion Sanders and ex-wife Carolyne Chambers’ daughter hypes up fiance Jacquees during latest TV appearance

Deion Sanders and ex-wife Carolyne Chambers' daughter, Deiondra, hyped up her fiance, Jacquees, during his appearance on “Good Day Atlanta” on Tuesday. Jacquees is heating up the music scene with his latest collaboration.

Jacquees teamed up with Bluff City, an R&B duo, for the song "Lonely," which is climbing the charts. On "Good Day Atlanta," Jacquees and Bluff City members Rakeem and Frank sat down with Alyse Eady to talk about their new music, and Deiondra shared Jacquees' appearance on her Instagram, writing:

On Oct. 4, Bluff City and Jacquees dropped their first single, “Crash Out,” a standout track from their new album "Soft Girl Therapy."

On Tuesday, Jacquees explained how their journey started.

“When we was all like 17, 18 years old, we went around the world, came back,” Jacquees said. “And we just continue to make music. ...Once I start understanding the business. I'm like, ‘Man, I want to sign y'all.’ I took on with me to ‘Soul Train 2018.’ We killed that.”

“We just kept going from there,” he said. “We dropped tonight's SES 2020. They just dropped in project ‘Soft Girl Therapy’ a couple of days ago. And now we're here. These are my brothers.”

Jacquees is also gearing up for his upcoming album, "Baby Making," set to be released digitally on Nov. 1 and in stores by Nov. 15 through Cash Money Records/Republic Records. It’s his first project in two years, packed with 10 tracks.

The R&B singer and Deiondra welcomed their first child in August. The couple, who got engaged in July, took to social media to share the big news.

Jacquees’ journey in R&B

Jacquees is riding high after announcing his much-awaited project, "Baby Making." His journey in R&B has been impressive. In 2014, after releasing his independent "19 EP," he signed with Cash Money Records and carved out a unique sound, blending classic soul with a modern twist. His 2018 debut album, "4275," went gold, featuring the double-platinum hit "B.E.D." and the platinum single "At The Club" with Dej Loaf.

In 2019, he followed up with "King of R&B," which included the gold-certified track "Your Peace" featuring Lil Baby.

Jacquees also teamed up with Cash Money’s Birdman for the collaborative projects "Lost At Sea" (2016) and "Lost At Sea 2" (2018). He wrapped up 2019 with the festive EP "Christmas in Decatur."
