Kristen Saban has been an ardent supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide for ages. Her father, Nick Saban, called the shots in Tuscaloosa for 17 years. The legendary coach hung up his coaching boots in January, but that hasn't dulled Kristen's love for Alabama.
She attended Alabama's Aug. 31 season opener against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers with her family and expressed her support for the Roll Tide on Instagram.
On Thursday, she showed her gratitude toward the Alabama community with a post on Instagram. She posted several photos featuring the Alabama mascot, Big Al, her mother, Terry Saban, son, James Saban, and brother, Nicholas Saban.
Kristen captioned the post:
"Lucky enough to call Tuscaloosa home."
In the 2023 college football season, Kristen Saban became a fan favorite for Bama fans, along with her sister-in-law, Samira Saban. The duo's gameday outfits were a regular talking point before every Alabama matchup at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Kristen Saban got emotional as Nick Saban was honored
It was an emotional day for Nick Saban’s daughter, who couldn’t hold back her emotions as her seven-time national championship-winning father was honored during halftime of Alabama’s Week 2 game against South Florida.
Saban devoted 50 years of his life to coaching football, 17 of which were spent in Tuscaloosa. His legacy was celebrated with the renaming of Bryant-Denny Stadium’s football field to "Saban Field."
Kristen shared a family moment on Instagram, standing alongside her mother and her brother, Nicholas.
"Tears were rolling," Kristen captioned.
The 72-year-old addressed the crowd before the kickoff and said:
"This is a great honor to have the field named after the legacy that we've been able to create here. But I want this legacy to represent every player who played, who worked hard, every coach who helped those players develop, our administration who set a foundation where we had a chance to be successful.”
The Crimson Tide capped off the emotional day with a dominant 42-16 win over South Florida. They will be up against the Wisconsin Badgers in Week 3.
