Colorado coach Deion Sander's eldest daughter Deiondra Sanders gave birth to 'Baby Que' August and has documented her life as a first-time mother on Instagram. On Monday, Deiondra Sanders announced on Instagram that she has joined hands with Afrikicks, a charitable organization that empowers young girls by providing everyday supplies.

Deiondra Sanders flourishing after arduous pregnancy

Deiondra Sanders had a flourishing fashion career before she announced her pregnancy in February. She took a break from her fashion ventures as she detailed her difficult pregnancy, which led to her being termed a 'high-risk' pregnancy.

After her baby was born on the same day as her father Deion Sander's birthday, Deiondra made a comeback in the fashion world with the fashion brand "Fashion Nova," which she has promoted extensively on her Instagram page.

On Sunday, she shared a video on Instagram to showcase how she balances being a new mother and a working-class woman.

She captioned the post:

"Them: so what do you do? Me: I’m a mom and I pump. Preppy Babe Sweater Pant Set - Black @fashionnova Nah fr tho, well I’m serious but I truly salute all working moms. Being a mom is a job within itself, so I salute the ones who still get up and work all day. Also, the ones pumping on the job! Kudos to yall!!"

After giving birth in August, Deiondra explained in an Instagram post the difficulties she faced when trying to conceive, which included four myomectomy surgeries to remove fibroids that prevented conception in the past.

"WE MADE IT YALL. Through every challenge—the fibroids, the threatened miscarriages, the shortened cervix, the cerclage, the myomectomies, the wisdom of age (keep it cute lol), placenta accreta and taking my entire uterus, the bed rest, and the prayers to reach 28 weeks—by the grace of God, WE MADE IT," Deiondra wrote.

Since giving birth, Deiondra Sanders has been up and about attending Colorado Buffaloes games in Boulder, promoting her fashion business and helping her fiancee Jacquees promote his new documentary "Call Me Que."
