The Minnesota Golden Gophers traveled to Piscataway for the Saturday matchup against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

Minnesota entered the matchup feeling good after an upset 25-17 win over Illinois on Nov. 2, extending their win streak to four games. The Gophers were 6-3 entering Week 11 and a 4-2 record in the Big Ten Conference play.

On the other hand, Rutgers was a modest 4-4 through eight games thus far but still had an opportunity to clinch bowl eligibility with two wins in their final four-game stretch. The Scarlet Knights (1-4 in conference play) started their season with a four-game win streak but flipped the script by losing four straight. They aimed to bounce back on Saturday after a 20-42 USC loss in their last time out.

Here are box scores, stats and game summaries from this Week 11 Big Ten showdown.
