Nick Saban's daughter Kristen shares hilarious reaction clip to players entering transfer portal: "Me hitting the unfollow button"

Nick Saban's daughter, Kristen Saban, is all about Alabama sports and it hasn't changed even after her dad's retirement. She ardently follows Crimson Tide football and follows almost everyone on the Alabama football roster on social media.

Amid the transfer portal uncertainty that has taken over the college football world, she shared on Thursday a hilarious clip to show what she does when a player enters the portal. Taking to X, Kristen Saban wrote this:

“Me hitting the unfollow button when a guy enters the transfer portal.”

The post contained a GIF that had a line from a famous song by Australian singer and songwriter Gotye.

“Now you are somebody that I used to know,” the GIF read.

Four-star wide receiver Andre Craig and kicker Reid Harradine have entered the transfer portal.

The Crimson Tide regained offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor from the Iowa Hawkeyes. Proctor left Alabama three months ago after Nick Saban stepped down as head coach. But he returned to Tuscaloosa to be a part of Kalen DeBoer's system.

Kristen Saban attended the Alabama A-Day game at Bryant-Denny Stadium, the first in the post-Saban era. So her support for the team is still unwavering. But now if a player has been unfollowed by the Crimson Tide superfan, everyone knows the hilarious reason behind it.

Kristen Saban got clicked with top Alabama stars on A-Day

Kristen Saban arrived for the Alabama A-Day in a dazzling pink outfit, keeping the trend of fashionable gameday outfits alive. She was snapped with all the top members of the squad and quoted Nick Saban's speech on the day in the caption.

“"We’re one of the fans now” Bamaly forever,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Coach Saban and Miss Terry also attended the annual scrimmage, which saw new head coach Kalen DeBoer take charge of the team for the first time. The 72-year-old said that it was the first time he was addressing a group of players that he was no longer coaching.

He said that he was one of the fans now. The statement made his daughter emotional. Now that the Alabama football program is under DeBoer, the Saban family will back the program as fans.
