Notre Dame Fighting Irish has five players on the injury report ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Trojans, one of the more anticipated games of the season.
The Fighting Irish have tight end Eli Raridon, kicker Chris Salerno and safety Thomas Harper among the players on the injury report.
Sam Hartman
Hartman is completely healthy and will be the starting quarterback for the Fighting Irish on Saturday. He did struggle last week throwing three interceptions, though.
Thomas Harper
Harper has been the team's starting nickel. Coach Marcus Freeman said that he will be back in the lineup on Saturday. Harper was in concussion protocol last weekend but has been cleared and will play.
Gabriel Rubio
Rubio is a starting defensive tackle and will be back in the lineup on Saturday, according to Freeman. Rubio was out with a concussion last week but has cleared the protocol.
Chris Salerno
Kicker Salerno is out with a leg injury and will likely be out for the rest of the season.
Eli Raridon
Tight end Eli Raridon has been dealing with a knee injury and yet to make his season debut. However, it's expected that he will be able to return some time in October.
Kevin Bauman
Tight end Kevin Bauman will miss the entire season for the Fighting Irish due to a torn ACL.
