9:36: Jacksonville State closed the gap with a 7-yard touchdown run by Huff after a short 20-yard drive set up by good field position.

13:19: Ohio extended their lead with a 38-yard field goal by Gianni Spetic, capping a 12-play, 66-yard drive.
9:52: Jacksonville State answered with a 3-yard touchdown run by Tre Stewart, but their two-point conversion attempt failed.
3:35: Stewart scored again, this time on a 1-yard touchdown run to finish a 10-play, 70-yard drive, bringing Jacksonville State within three points.
Final Score: Ohio 30, Jacksonville State 27.
